We assisted Siemens in the crucial final phase of implementing new safety systems for Bane NOR, where we were responsible for delivering and quality-assuring the technical documentation. Our task was to optimize the entire process for handling, validation, and approval of the documentation for the technical access systems along the railway network. To ensure 100% accuracy, we systematically reviewed all documents and verified the bills of materials (BOMs) against the technical drawings. Correct documentation is critical, as it serves as the foundation for technicians to service the systems safely and efficiently during operational downtimes. Our efforts guaranteed a seamless handover and strengthened the overall operational stability of the railway network.
